Delivery and Collection

Hire of equipment

Equipment can be hired to customers located within Mainland UK only.

Delivery/Collection is charged at the apropriate rate and will be quoted on the Hire Agreement. Arrangements need to be in place for someone at the delivery address to sign for the equipment on delivery. Failure to do so may result in re-delivery/order cancellation charges.

Following completion of the hire period, the customer is required to repackage the equipment as per the packing instructions supplied with the camera.

Purchase of Equipment

For the purchase of Goods, we endeavour to ship directly from FLIR in Sweden to the customer throughout UK and the rest of the world under their Global Permits for export licensing. In certain cases, we must forward on from our own offices and apply directly for export licensing from the UK Govt where applicable.

Delivery to the UK is free for all purchases of new equipment, ex-demo units will be charged at the appropriate rate and will be quoted at the point of purchase. Lead times vary and are affected by camera model. An estimated lead time will be provided with your quotation. We do not carry stock except our demo and consultancy units.

All orders under £150 are subject to a £16 sur-charge which is a cost directly from FLIR UK.
